Left of Center Communications (LOCC) is a web development agency located in Rochester NY. The company was founded with the goal of using the Internet to find creative solutions to common problems in certain markets and we have been doing just that for over 2 years. Focusing primarily on the not-for-profit sector, LOCC is dedicated to developing web based applications that educate and inform.
